We are conveniently located in the City of East Orange with close proximity to West Orange, Orange, Bloomfield, Montclair, Glen Ridge, Newark, Belleville, Irvington, Cedar Grove, Verona, the Caldwell's and South Orange. The area is serviced by New Jersey Transit. We continue a long tradition of martial arts excellence established by our Grand Master, Vincent Cruz. Along with the customary martial arts curriculum, our students acquire valuable tools to deal with self-esteem, conflict resolution and negative peer pressure.
